The Nymphomaniac's Paradise Ending is an Ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It occurs after taking too long to escape Aracan's trap.
The more time passes, the more Erik's mind fills with new memories of being a prostitute. His body changes to fit his mind, and Erik, now Bambi, follows Aracan into a dark room, where she is fucked for all eternity.
