Fast track to DD, rescue Tilia but don't talk to her in the camp. Rescue Kaylin from the Tomb of Garak. Talk to Kaylin the next day and then to Tilia twice and you'll have DD tits.
P.S. Make sure you don't loose to the Slimp Princess or you'll wind up with sensitive nipples and Tilia will turn you into a nymph.
