The Little Girl Game Over is an ending which occurs if Eric(a)'s gender is revealed to Nele.
If Eric(a) doesn't have the Feminine Voice Transformation or isn't wearing the Lyrical Choker, Nele will inquire about their low voice. If Eric(a) excuses themself, Nele won't press further into the issue. If they try to bluff, however, Nele will discover Eri's true gender, and accuse them of stalking Natalie. After this, Nele painfully transforms Eric(a) into a little girl, with their mind soon following suit. She is adopted by a family, and it is implied that she becomes a true Magical Girl years later.
