Enfeebling Mists is a skill that inflicts the 
Weakened status effect to two random enemies. This status halves the ATK and MAT of those afflicted for two to six turns.
While this skill by itself is troublesome, its true purpose is to combo into Death Breath, a move that inflicts 
Instant Death to any weakened targets that are not using Guard. Both skills are signatures of Life Drinker.
