Mm. Since having this transformation requires having already done the Earth Trip and therefore alreayd having successfully talked to Nele, the two ways I could see would be either:
1. Using the Lyrical Choker to originally get through with it, getting this transformation, and then talking to her with it off.
2. Or getting the voice tf, going through everthing, and then removing the voice TF with Tilia and then talking to Nele again.
Technically T3 doesn't actually do anything to Eric(a)'s voice so it makes enough sense mechanically that this falls through to the game over, though it is kind of weird logically that a full girl radical TF would leave them with a manly voice and Adam's apple as per Nele's dialogue.
