"A spare key to your apartment."
The Apartment Key is an item found in Prisoners of the Elder One. It is the first item in the game, already in Erik's inventory at the start of the intro, and must be given to Tiffany as part of a tutorial on items. Therefore, this key is mandatory for either all or none of the Endings, depending on if the intro is played.
