Inflicts Thunder damage to an enemy, ignoring its defenses.
Thunder Bombs deal 300 thunder damage to a single target. They cannot miss, or crit, and they ignore enemy defensive stats. They're much worse than standard Bombs against thunder-resistant foes, but enemies weak against thunder will suffer.
