so getting full affection with Marianne (Do It & Magicos Are Dangerous) would lock you out of max penis reduction if you also don't want to lose in the Mairmaid Caves?
Also to be clear, Medical Heels will only lose an affection point if you have not yet siphoned the core? Is this because if you didn't, Marianne will assume (even though you have the core) you didn't defeat Eris and therefor 'should do better'?
