Isonei (or "Assistant Droid I50-N31") is an AI construct built by Veronica to serve her. She is found on Veronica's hidden spaceship.

Personality

Isonei's entire existence is dedicated to serving her creator. Veronica coded Isonei herself in order to create an effective and loyal servant, and both parties seem perfectly content with this arrangement. Along with providing Veronica with situational updates regarding the ship and any entities that somehow gain access to it, Isonei attempts to serve as a voice of reason to Veronica, cautiously pointing out when the Vir princess' behaviour is becoming erratic or illogical. Veronica handles these pointers with surprising grace; while most others would be scolded or punished for such impudence, Veronica has great respect for the AI and appreciates her services.

... That doesn't mean she always follows her advice, mind you.

As for everyone else in the world, Isonei dispassionately regards them only in terms of how they relate to Veronica's well being. Veronica's enemies are Isonei's enemies, and Veronica's friends are potential threats that must be watched closely, preferably after blackmailing them or otherwise guaranteeing their compliance. While Veronica's paranoia often reaches epic heights, this ruthlessness occasionally crosses a line even for the Vir princess.
