Luring Flare is a skill that deals minor damage of the user's default damage type to all enemies and puts the user into a state of provocation for three turns that will make all enemies target the user far more often.

A vital part of a tank build Veronica's moveset, it draws attacks away from other party members onto the sturdier built Veronica. It can be followed up with Life-Stealing Touch in order to both heal the received damage and increase Veronica's DEF at the same time. However, it should be noted that like her other Special skills Luring Flare counts as a physical attack, thus it might be evaded or counter-attacked. If the attack does not land at all its effect won't come into play.
