Welcome to the Magical Camp Wiki. Below are rules that all users are expected to abide by when posting on the wiki. Failure to abide by these rules may be met with punishment from the admins and moderators ranging from warnings to being blocked whether temporarily or permanently. Given the small and private nature of this wiki the exact punishments will be decided on a case by case basis at the discretion of the admins and mods depending on the severity of the infractions and any prior misconduct.

General Conduct

Rules that should apply throughout the wiki:

  • Be civil.
    • If tensions escalate in the comments or in disagreements between edits on a page then remain civil when discussing it, or elevate to admins and moderators.
  • Mind your profanity.
    • In particular refrain from profanity towards another person in particular as part of "Be civil".
    • Also refrain from unnecessary use of profanity as part of an article as that is contrary to the informational tone wiki pages should strive for.
    • No slurs. Slurs relating to gender or sexual identities are particularly frowned upon given the subject matter of these games. Any other types of slurs such as racial slurs are of course also banned.
  • Do not edit other users' user pages.
  • No advertisement.
  • No spam.
    • Do not make excessive unnecessary posts of any nature, e.g. a hundred comments on a page, a hundred new pages, unnecessary and irrelevant additions to existing pages, etc.
  • No vandalism.
  • No sockpuppetting.
    • Do not make alt accounts on which to perform rule breaking actions. This may result in punishment being administered to all of your accounts.

Editing Rules

Rules regarding the editing of articles on the wiki.

General Editing Policies:

General policies regarding editing that do not fall under other categories. These are not all necessarily punishable offences but some things to keep in mind:

  • Bad edits.
    • Generally a poorly made or low quality edit will not be punished so long as it can be assumed that it was made in good faith. However repeated reversions to show a bad edit after it has been cleaned up may become a punishable offence.
  • British English is preferred to American English.
    • There are still some remaining instances of American English on the wiki and in the games themselves but generally British English is preferred and things are being changed. This is not a punishable offence but please use British English where possible in any additions.

Content Policy

Policies regarding what content is allowed on the wiki:

  • Articles should pertain to at least one of the games supported by the wiki: Magical Camp, Little Bitch Academia, or Prisoners of the Elder One.
  • No datamined content.
    • Two of the three games on this wiki are still in development, and even public builds contain content that is not intended to be accessible to the public yet. Do not post anything not accessible in-game without permission from the developers or existing precedence from admins (e.g. enemy stats were already posted prior to the release of the bestiary).
  • Public statements from the developers.
    • The developers may occasionally reveal information about their games in locations outside of the actual games themselves such as the TFGames forums or the official Discord server. Information revealed in this manner, particularly lore information, is considered canonical enough to be included on the wiki.

Upload Policy

Policies regarding files uploaded to the wiki such as images:

  • Do not upload anything that is not relevant.
    • Anything uploaded should be used on at least one article and should pertain to the page's subject matter.
  • Do not upload anything whose rights of use are not public.
  • Do not upload any images containing nudity or sex.
    • This includes screenshots of the game itself. Wikia has its own overriding policies about nudity and sex in images and bots may remove an image if it feels it is over the line. Contact an admin if you feel a particular scene should be included to possibly get a censored image uploaded to the page.
  • Keep it official.
    • Even something such as fan art is not usually considered relevant to a page. Please redirect those to the official Discord.
