The Ninja Twins Ending is an Ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It occurs after leaving the mansion through the front door while Tiffany is a sane human.
Erik and Tiffany are transported into a Japanese style house, and are transformed into ninja twins. They soon succumb to their new identities, and end up sharing a boyfriend.
