The C-4 Package is an item found in Prisoners of the Elder One. It is given by Lilly after giving her three plants, and is used to detonate the door to the Elder One's Hideout. It can also be used to clear the debris blocking the Nexus Crypt, but this is not recommended, as Camelia can also get rid of it when given the Hand Mirror.
