The Divine Companionship is an Ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It involves defeating the Elder One with the help of Ixies, while also having fully restored Tiffany. This is done by talking to the ghost found in the Kitchen Basement about Ixies after encountering her.
After freeing her from her own robo-golem using the Plastic Vase filled with water, talk to her - especially ask her about the Elder One. Doing so will have her angrily rants about him for a moment before droning about how great of a brother he is, which leads Erik to suspect the Elder One brainwashing her. You'll then have a new option to take her to the ghost, where he'll recognize Ixies as one of his brothers before attempting to lift the control placed on her. Choosing the first option (as any other option will lead you down the Fake Sister ending) will create an opening for the ghost to succeed, causing the magician to flee in horror. The ghost also disappears afterwards, having spent all his energy.
Returning to Ixies' room, Erik finds her greatly upset by the memories she regained of being a man and the atrocities she caused. Erik then comforts her as fellow victims of the Elder One, giving her newfound resolve to defeat her brother. After an intimate scene together, the two of them arrive at the Elder One's room (see the entry on the Sorceress Ending for information on how to face the Elder One.). Halfway through the Elder One's dominance over Erik, it's revealed to be a trap set by Ixies and her robo-golems. Though the Elder One easily destroys the golems, Erik chants the correct words for the binding spell just in time to defeat the great villain. However, before Erik can leave peacefully, Ixies is attacked by the Elder One's angels, leaving her fate unknown to him.
Waking up in his world again and believing everything to be a dream, Erik continues his life, albeit depressed by the strange dream. Then, during the family Christmas dinner, a surprise comes knocking at his window - Ixies is still alive, having to rebuild her physical body after fighting the angels. Though her "openness" greatly embarasses Erik and shocks everyone else in the family, which extends even to their wedding, in the end he can never say no to her puppy eyes.
