The See-through Underwear can be acquired in the fourth dream of the Wendy Dream Meetings. They are on the floor of the dream-copy of Eric(a)'s room. The Panty-Wearer Transformation is required to give the player the option to pick them up, declining will make them disappear. The second stage of the transformation will make them be picked up automatically. Picking up this item also gives an acceptance point.
