The Little Girl Game Over is an ending which occurs if Eric(a)'s gender is revealed to Nele.
If Eric(a) has neither the Feminine Voice Transformation nor wears the Lyrical Choker, Nele will inquire about their low voice. If Eric(a) then tries to bluff their way out, Nele will discover their true gender and accuse them of stalking Natalie. After this, Nele painfully transforms Eric(a) into a little girl, with their mind soon following suit. She is adopted by a family and never seen in camp again.
