The New Lady Ending is an Ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It occurs after escaping to Mizene, which requires plenty of steps, making it one of the longest and hardest endings to get in the game.
- Do the steps to the Sorceress Ending, but do NOT enter The Elder One's room. Also, be sure to collect the dustpan (Dirty Room), the mirror shard (use the broom), the box of Salitre (pile of books in Library), and the fairy dust (give the Salitre to Lilly).
- Go downstairs and enter the first door. Escape through the exit or through the hand mirror.
- Reenter the first door. Collect the grappling hook and touch the waterfall. Quickly use the crowbar on the orb.
- Enter the second door. Quickly use the Mirror Shard on the webs, while using the Fairy Dust on the vine to reach the top one.
- Go back to the stairway. Enter the left wall. There is a secret entrance that takes you to the path of the Necromancer's Room.
- Enter the lab and exhaust all dialogue with Valda. Press down the pointy tile in the bottomleft corner, and, with Valda looking away, enter the secret entrance.
- Enter the jail cell on the path to the Lab. Pull the lever and use the Grappling Hook on the hole.
- Tell Aya about the Water Spirit, then about Taking Valda down.
- Tell Valda You're beautiful and give her the mirror shard. Go back to Aya and talk about Taking Valda down again. Go to the Necromancer Lab and use the signal whistle.
- Go to the Nexus and talk to Aya. Go back to Valda's Room and use the Signal Whistle while Valda is directly in front of the mirror.
- Go upstairs and look at the notes and drawer. Go to the Water Spirit. Use the Orb of Mizene on all characters.
After all this is done, Erik is transported to Mizene, with Tiffany transformed into a Japanese priestess, and Erik given a mansion for his heroism. A month later, Erik is still getting used to the different culture and his large estate, when a tengu attempts to assassinate him. Kikyo gives him a new identity, transforming him into a woman and relocating him, something he is unfazed about due to the threat on his life. Over time, she acclimates to her femininity and even makes herself known among the nobility.
