Somewhat misleading. If you refuse to donate and take the punishment, on future interactions she jst remarks that she cant believe you're still sneaking around and promises not to report you again because she knows how much the chair sucks. No dialogue options show up and you cant donate to get the key from her. You have to accept her deal the first time and avoid the punishment classroom in order to get the key form her.
