The Sister's Keeper Ending is an ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It occurs after exiting through the golden doors when Tiffany is rescued, but still a catslave.
Erik wakes up in his own bed, assuming the past events to be a dream. However, Tiffany is still a mindless horny catslave, and no amount of help can restore her mind.
