The Chaos Crystal Dildo Ending is an Ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It occurs after touching the glowing stone in the hallway to Ixies' Room.
Erik is immediately crystallized, with Ixies mocking him for falling for such an 'obvious trap'. Sensing a latent sexual energy in him, she warps him into a dildo, which she then promptly uses.
