The Twisted Lovers Ending is an Ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It occurs after leaving the mansion through the front door while Tiffany is a sane catgirl.

Erik and Tiffany are transported into someone else's bedroom, and are transformed into a blonde woman and a dark-skinned woman with a penis, respectively. Erik mentions an Event that transformed all men into shemales, and while Tiffany makes a token resistance, both succumb to their new identities.
