The Breeding Slave Ending is an Ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It occurs after giving Lilly the Plastic Flowers.
Lilly is disgusted by the 'flowers', transforming Erik into a pregnant woman in order to teach him a lesson on life. After she comes to term, The Elder One makes sure she continually gets pregnant, her mind eventually breaking.
