Inflicts Ice damage to an enemy, ignoring its defenses.
Ice Bombs deal 300 ice damage to a single target. They cannot miss, or crit, and they ignore enemy defensive stats. They're much worse than standard Bombs against ice-resistant foes, but enemies weak against ice will suffer.
