These characters appear throughout the game, but never properly join your party.

Major NPCs

• Whiskey the Spider - A friendly and velutinous spider, Whiskey serves as a guide and friend to Url no matter the odds. Possibly insane.
• Professor Argemonia - AEDE Academy's Herbology professor.
• Professor Lumina - AEDE Academy's Black Magic professor.
• Scarlett - A third year's student in the Witchcraft Section, she saves Url at the end of the prologue in the Prelude Forest.
• Maurizio - Scarlett's Heraldic Heritage, a talking magical staff.
• Dr. Gastani Frinzi Acula - AEDE Academy's school doctor.

Minor NPCs

• Tiffany - An AEDE Academy employee who runs the front desk in the Main Hall. Secretly crazy for guys in drag.

Trivial NPCs

• Bus Driver - A mannequin with a mustache who drops Url off in Prelude Forest. Not very talkative. Sandan black belt in karate.
• Flower Bushes - Two of them are located in Prelude Forest, they guide Url on his way to the Academy. One's friendly. One's kind of a jerk. Another one is in ...
• Occult Girl - Leader of AEDE Academy's Occult Club. Likely in league with unearthly forces of darkness, but enjoys card games.
• Girl with a cat - A little girl whose cat will disappear during the second day, and that will be up to you to find it in the city.
