The Cute Doll Game Over is an ending which occurs when you fail to resist enough on the fifth tea party with Alice when she gifts you a doll mask.

You will find Alice next to the lake like the third and fourth tea parties. She will tell you that she prepared something special for you. You are then in Alice's room in which she hands you a small present. Inside the package, you find a realistic-looking ceramic mask. She then picks up the mask and press it to your face. The mask then when touching your skin becomes sticky and flexible and covers your face completely silencing you. After it adjusts to your face you start to hear the other dolls talk. Unfortunately you can't talk and you are still under her mind control so you are still forced to follow her commands.

You will have 4 chances to resist and as long as you don't resist on 2 of them you will achieve this ending.
