An alternate method is by completing the Y Investigation.

Once in you will also need the Key to the Director's Office in order to get into Marianne's Junk Room where the C4 is. You can either talk to Sophie at night in the building and give her some of your blood, or get the Maid Transformation in Marianne's Room (different from her Office) by talking to the catgirl after the Alaska Mission and then get the key from Giselle.
