I'm not sure if it's a bug or a feature:
I tried to access Tilia's breastplay game more than once, but her only dialogue options are now 'What is this place?" and "Bye". The one that lead to the game was "I'm not a girl", or "I'm a boy!". Anyway, it disappeared and now her game is not accessible.
I reloaded and tried both winning and losing the game, as well as getting the sensitive nipple transformation before or not... nothing works.
I wish there were more options in the game to shrink Erica's penis, or that Tilia's game was more accessible =p. This game is so cool.
