There is a way to get Eric(a) to wear panties even without stealing Alice's panties, but if you already are past medical exam, than you rather missed this opportunity as well, cause you have to lose to Monarch Insect, then she will destroy your boxers and you can talk with Isabelle or Natalie about Nightgown (dialogue will progress as if you rejected Natalie's proposition to sleep in nightgown even if you in fact agreed). If you talk with Natalie you will get, alongside (another?) nightgown, grey boyshorts which raises your ATK and DEF by 5 each but lowers your MAT by 5 (already better then your old ones which additionally lowered MDF by 5 as well). If you talk with Isabelle, than you'll get Personal Panties (yup, pink with red hearts), they raise your MHP by 100 and MAT with AGI (+10 each). No matter which ones you get, when you'll next time talk with Julie, you'll start the same dialogue as if you stealed Alice's panties and she ordered panties for you and from this moment Julie will start selling you panties (and yes, Eric(a) can wear them all)
