Vicky's Romance contains three separate endings based on dialogue. It is a True ending, which means Erik must exit the golden doors when Tiffany is fully restored and with Vicky properly 'romanced'. This is achieved as follows:
- Give Vicky the Doll.
- Exhaust all her dialogue and choose the right options. From top to bottom:
- Who are you?- You sure are pretty cute
- This house- You are a collector's dream
- The Elder One- I hope you find somebody
- Unlock the golden doors and say I found a way out
Erik wakes up in his bed, assuming the prior events to be a dream. However, he later notices a familiar doll in his room, Vicky. After much persuasion, Erik allows Vicky to 'live' in his apartment.
A Cute Dolly
A Cute Dolly involves saying no to playing with Vicky. Frustrated, Vicky takes out a medallion that transforms her into a human, and Erik into a doll. Vicky pampers her new doll, who wants nothing more than to wear cute dresses and obeying her new owner.
Role Reversal
Role Reversal involves saying yes to playing with Vicky, and letting her continue. During sex, Vicky gradually acts more dominantly, eventually putting a chastity cage on Erik. Erik becomes Vicky's submissive, slowly growing to enjoy being ordered around.
Playing with Dolls
Playing with Dolls involves saying yes to playing with Vicky, and taking charge. Erik greatly enjoys his time with Vicky, and they become a couple. Over time, Erik finds himself less and less attracted to human women, preferring dolls instead, and he soon amasses a sizable doll collection, much to Vicky's delight.
