The Room Key is an item found in Prisoners of the Elder One. It is located in the bedroom fireplace, which needs the filled plastic vase to acquire, and is used to open the door into the hallway. However, since the bedroom can be escaped with the rope, this item is not mandatory for any of the games' content or endings.
