The Otherworldly Beauty Ending is an Ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It occurs after blowing the signal whistle when Valda isn't directly in front of the mirror (please see the entry on The New Lady for more information).
Aya misses, and Valda immediately responds by killing Aya before transforming Erik into a blonde girl in a playboy bunny outfit named "Honey" as punishment, her mind quickly wiped away when she tries to protest. Some time later, "Honey" is given a man to fuck, but ends up killing him due to a cursed mark put on her. A bespectacled woman named Charlotte arrives to take care of her, and the two quickly form a BDSM relationship.
