The Mysterious Package is an item found in Prisoners of the Elder One. It is the second item in the game, given by Tiffany after giving her the Apartment Key, and must be examined as part of a tutorial on items, after which an angel appears and kidnaps Tiffany. During the kidnapping, Erik gets a choice whether to save Tiffany or not; choosing not to leads directly to the Taunts Of The Elder One Ending.
