The Immortal Moment Ending is an ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It is the 'romance' end for Camelia, which requires using the Stake on her.
Erik wakes up, assuming the prior events to be a dream. However, one day he enters his apartment to see Camelia cleaning his house. She claims she woke up here, carrying a letter from the Elder One 'gifting' her to Erik. The two become a couple, though tragedy strikes when the two get into a car crash. Camelia is unharmed, but Erik loses too much blood, so she is forced to turn him into a vampire, also changing his gender. Erik soon discovers that she only feels comfortable wearing maid outfits, and the two vampires' relationship becomes stronger.
