The Ghost Maid Ending is an Ending in Prisoners of the Elder One. It occurs after pressing the button in the fireplace in the Doll Room without the help of the Broom.
As soon as Erik enters the fireplace and presses the button, a firetrap inside it burns him to a crisp. Since he is in the realm of The Elder One, he reincarnates Erik as a ghost maid, and she cleans the mansion for eternity, eventually growing to love her role.
