Radiate Restoration is a single target skill that heals for a large amount, greater than that of Healing Light. It also moves at a speed moderately faster than other skills.
This skill is unique in its use of TP rather than MP to heal, the only one to do so right now. Its use of TP instead of MP can be useful for resource conversation to get a heal out before a fight ends. On its own merits it can also be used if a strong heal on a single target is required, or if somebody has to be healed as fast as possible and the enemy under normal circumstances outspeeds Natalie.
