Mental Blast is a spell that deals moderate 
Mental damage with a 50% chance to inflict the 
Confused status effect on a single enemy target.
This spell costs 50% more than most other base elemental damage spells but the confusion effect makes it worth the cost against any enemy susceptible to it. It can also be considered a stronger version of Terrifying Visions, as it does slightly higher damage for the same cost. Due to the overlap, perhaps avoid using the Illusion Core with Alice, unless you really want her to be able to use Misty Illusions.
