Drain the Thralls is a skill which inflicts 10 MP damage to each enemy suffering from the 
Charmed (Strong) status effect, and then heals the user by 200 HP for each affected target.
This skill is currently only used by a single enemy in the game, and will only be cast if there is at least one valid target.
