Be Silent! is a spell that deals 
Mental damage to a single enemy target with a 75% chance to inflict the 
Silenced status effect. Although it has a low base damage, this spell scales highly with the user's MAT. Despite being a magical attack this skill uses the target's DEF stat instead of their MDF stat.
