By obtaining all 4 keys the normal way, once you defeat Starheart the dungeon ends rendering all the keys useless, but if you cheated in the keys (save editor) You open the gate in the mansion and find a chest with 1 lume inside then a boss monster called nightmare with supposed infinite health appears. If you lose you die: Game Over
