[[MC: Isabelle|Isabelle]] and [[MC: Isabelle (Ganguro)|her Ganguro double]] primarily use this (and are resistant to it), while [[MC: Veronica|Veronica]] is weak against it.<br /> <br /> Thunder only has a couple of enemies resistant to it, and all enemies in the Mermaid Caves, including bosses, are weak to it.
