'''Slime Monsters''' may seem goofy looking, but they're easily the most dangerous opponents to be found in this zone. Aside from their uninspiring base attack, they have one special ability, [[MC: Acid Spit|Acid Spit]], which they use frighteningly often. This ability hits two targets with a burst of acid damage, and can target the same character twice if the RNG hates you. Additionally, they sometimes begin the battle by evolving into [[MC: Slime Fiend|Slime Fiends]], an even worse variant. Fortunately Slime Monsters are no more durable than the simple [[MC: Noxious Slime|Noxious Slimes]] found earlier in this dungeon, making them glass cannons. Definitely target them first in any encounter.<br />
