'''STAT Up''' is an array of [[MC: Status Effects|status effects]] which aid their target, increasing one of their base stats. A single stage of a standard STAT Up effect is worth a 25% increase while a double is 50% (the same, but negative, values are true for [[MC: STAT Down|STAT Down]] effects). All STAT Up varieties last until a set number of turns has passed or until the target is hit by another STAT Up or [[MC: STAT Down|STAT Down]] effect which affects the same stat. Some skills will affect stats using unique states outside of the standard STAT Up and STAT Down effects and are not bound to the same 25% increments and will not necessarily overwrite existing buffs/debuffs in the same way.

The exact benefit they provide depends on the stat affected:

* '''MMP Up''' increases the target's maximum mana.
* '''ATK Up''' increases the target's damage with Attack and skills that scale with ATK.
