Obviously you'll want to keep the recipient alive long enough to make use of this, as while it does grant offensive buffs it opens up the recipient to a lot of damage by lowering both defensive stats as well. Skills with DEF Up or MDF Up effects will overwrite the debuffs while leaving the offensive buffs untouched, such as [[MC: Misty Illusions|Misty Illusions]]. Alternatively, [[MC: Misdirection|Misdirection]] or [[MC: Veronica|Veronica's]] [[MC: Luring Flare|Luring Flare]] can help prevent your buffed attacker from being targeted at all.<br />

Do take note that both ATK and MAT only raise by one stage. Given that usually characters will be built towards a single direction, and skills typically only make use of one stat anyways, this essentially one stage offensive buff might not be quite as worth it at first glance.<br />
