Unless you are extremely cautious about MP efficiency, Grasp of the Pit can replace Brimstone Blast as Natalie's method for piling damage on single powerful opponents, and its Instant Death effect is good as a first strike against particularly annoying minions or mini-bosses, though most bosses themselves are immune.
