These enemies serve as its foot soldiers, casting cold-based spells and soaking damage for other minions. Try to avoid hitting them with physical attacks, as they occasionally use Defensive Stance which will outspeed most other moves in the turn and allows them to negate and counterattack. Also, not surprisingly, they are weak against fire and immune to ice. If you begin to attack one, make sure you try to finish it off quickly, as they will only cast Berserk below 70% HP, and become even more likely to use it below 40% HP, which will allow them access to additional attacks.
