Earth as a whole is a planet with modest technological progress and very little knowledge of magic among the general populace. Its technology has advanced far enough to have an interconnected society spanning the globe, nuclear technology, and early forms of space travel, but it pales in comparison to other societies such as the [[Vir]]. Most of its people have no knowledge of magic, though certain hidden peoples and factions exist that do, including sections of some governments.<br />
